These 2 weeks had been a blast of my life. Been going out alot ( like really the whole of the 1st week). sheesh. shouldnt have but then again, it's all worth it. It was great, hanging out with my pals and celebrating each others birthdays together. yup, celebrated my birthday with Doreen and Imran. It was great, we had lots of fun.

i remember ranting about having a boring 19th birthday. In fact, i have learnt something from this birthday. It really changed me and my whole prospective about it. I realised that gifts and all doesnt matter, its the company that matters more. yup. i remember forcing a smile on my face, years back when a friend gave me a weird mug for my birthday. well i cant wait for my 20th birthday!! hee. It always brings me smile whenever my friends remember my birthday, somehow it shows how much i meant to them. ( dont worry if you forget mine, i will always remember yours cause you meant alot to me. :) )

went luncheon with Jo, Nat and Immi last last tues (30/8). we had fun chilling out and its a pity the rest of the clique couldnt make it. well, it was a pleasant surprise as they got me a mini cake. It was strawberry mousse! yum! my fave. We met on last weds( 31/8) for the 'Turning Othello' play at the substation, staged by the J1s. my, it was good! i take my hat off them. they simply swept me off my seat with the performance, especially Gapilan who acted as Othello. It was an unforgettable night. After the play, the girls had a chilling session at Starbucks. It is always sweet hanging out with my darlings.( Jo, Nat, Cat, Heeru, Jess- love ya all!)

on fri (2/9), was the day out with my guitar pals. met up with Dory,Mabs,Jo, Ed, PH, Jolene, GY and her friend. Mabs and Dory gave me a really sweet prezzie. It was hand-sewn.

Jo and Ed shared my gift and got me the book i wanted, 'tuesday with Morrie'. It was exciting! i did invited some of the J1s whom i'm closer to but its a pity they cant make it, ZL represented them and pass me my prezzie. i was really touched. they were so sweet. gonna miss them all.
all of us went to eat at seoul garden. i must say, it was a blast! having fun and eating our fill. later we went to esplanade and took pictures together. It was cool.

sat night(3/9) was the reunion of the 4 sisters. they were mean! they played a prank on me by making me angry. it was silly of me not to realise that i actually fell for their prank. it was great meeting up with Louisa, Janice and Geral. my little sister came along since my parents aint home and well, we had fun. haha. just chilling out at coffee club. i had garlic prawns pasta. its delicious. later, they got a surprise for me. they got me a slice of cake with a candle and sang me the birthday song in the cafe. it was embarrassing, everyone looked at us although my back was facing the whole cafe, but it was really sweet of them. it seems like they never fail to make any weird surprises on my day. its always fun when i'm with them cause i felt pampered! :P

sun (4/9), it was reserved for my family. actually could have meet up with a friend but something cropped up but he* made it up later anyway. the day started off not to bad, went for service and i felt blessed having my birthday on the Lord's day. my mood went downhill, i was extremely unhappy as the place i was at, was terribly congested with people. i simply dislike it but why on my birthday! i was extremely agitated but i was better later, with my family settling down for a buffet dinner and had quality time together. nothing beats having a great family time. later, my family got a nice cake. it was nice, tastes like wine. yum!

now that the fun's over, i'm down to serious work. the whole of this week was spent in books and yeah, been going to school to study. realised that i havent covered alot of things yet. sigh. better not waste any more time. last fri (9/9), had Lit Paper 8. it was tough apparently. couldnt finish the paper as usual but i hope i did okay. since its over, i'm going to concentrate on my other papers. wish me best!

he* did made it up anyway but he was late! it didnt matter cause maybe its the 1st time we're meeting, its okay la. i had fun with him chilling out at this sushi joint at esplanade. the sushi's good! :) my 1st meeting with him was like meeting an old friend i havent seen for a long time. he's been a great help and friend all this while. really am appreciative of every little thing he's done. haha. its good cause i've one more friend whom i can chill out with. heh!

the As are coming soon. its mind-wrecking to think about it. in exactly 2 months, i'll be sitting for my 1st papers on the 11/11. it is about 60 odd days left. gotta persevere on! Gonna do my best and seek Him for strength and His mercies. Daddy God, i lift up my exams into your loving Hands. Guide me in this difficult period. amen!
